Look & fit just like actual Cannon cartridges. In fact, they outlasted my old i560 printer. One of the circuit boards (no, not the printhead) inside the printer body shorted out, so it was cheaper to buy a different printer than fix the old one. The printer still prints black and Im still using these cartridges (black) until the printer gives out entirely.When my shipment arrived, a couple of the black cartridges were leaking. Maybe the sub-zero weather at the time of shipment might have caused the trouble, I don't know. I sent an inquiry to this shipper and he promptly send new free replacements for the leaky ones. You can't ask for more than that.When my new printer comes off warranty, I will order my compatible cartridges from this supplier. I don't trust the printer manufacturers, to back up the products, so I stick with their overpriced cartridges only during the warranty period.
