Do you like burnt?
Ease to you and convenient, but that's it. I purchased this because it had some good reviews and it would be cooler to remove than the glass casserole dish, which gets extremely hot. Going back to using my glass casserole dish with lid and pot holders to take it from microwave. With this silicon one in full pop you could smell it burning and smoke was coming from microwave. So had to stop it popping before it was done. I always use the 2 seconds rule when making popcorn. That is, 2 seconds between pops, it's done and no burnt popcorn. Didn't get to that with this. Oh, and it will burn during full pop with or without coconut oil. I'm returning it.

It WORKS!
Its very simple to use. I did not have any issues with burnt popcorn. I take a small handful and it will work well with butter, oil, or no oil/butter, put it in, and put the lid on. Just listened for the popping to slow down as soon as it hits the 2 seconds between a pop I pull it out of the microwave. Lid will rise as the popcorn pops. As long as I do it this way never had any issues with burning and pretty much pops most all the kernels. Easy to clean. There is instructions in very small print on the bag the bowl comes in. When removing the lid if your only popping a little bit of popcorn it creates a bit of a suction seal. The lid is very pliable/soft.

Great popper
When I saw the popper, I thought - this can't work good. I was wrong. Pops so quickly and it seems that the kernels popped are bigger and very crunchy!!I received it quickly and the seller even sent me an email to make sure everything was OK.Buy this-you will not be sorry!!

Fluffy Popcorn
I just received this and made my first batch of popcorn for the office. The kernels are literally 1.5 bigger than my plastic popper bowl I have at home. I am buying another for the house immediately. The lid was confusing at first, but after a little research I was able to identify the lid sits inside the bowl. 1/3 cup kernels=bubbling over bowl, so delicious!

Awesome and cute
This little bowl is awesome. I realize the top don’t fit because it’s not suppose to. It goes inside the bowl. Many have mentioned it’s very hot. I grab by the handles (not hot). Dump in another bowl. Awesome!!!
