Wool Dryer Balls

okay
they are okay as long as you don't put soft blankets in the drier which will have lots of static... it does cut down on my use of dryer sheets.

Removes Lint Great
I haven't noticed a big difference in drying time. However, it does a great job at removing lint. I use all 6 balls every time we use the dryer. They hold up very well. No issues other than they tend to get lost in the sheets lol

These really do help laundry have less wrinkles. They are quieter than the plastic ones for the dryer.

Better than their plastic equivalent
I found these whilst looking for wool batting to make my own Drier Balls because my husband hated the noise my plastic ones made, when the drier started up. At £9.99, these were as cheap if not cheaper than making them form myself. They are larger than the plastic ones I already have and I really do think the washing dries quicker. I also think the towels benefit from the gentle pounding they receive from the balls In the drier.

Get them while you can at this price and help the environment and yourself!
Buy these while they are £9.99 and get a bargain - just compare this price for 6 extra-large eco-friendly all natural wool dryer balls. Been interested in trying them for a while as I don't like using fabric softener for my towels and (soon to be dug out out of storage) flannelette sheets. I had been trying tennis balls but they left a pretty nasty smell on the washing, whereas these do not. With not a lot of washing and a lot of it not going into the dryer, I will probably use 3 balls at a time, and going by how long they say they'll last, that should do me for 10 years of drying! Oh and finally, something interesting. I really wanted these ones but was annoyed by this Amazon thing of you only get free delivery on orders totalling more than £10 and many of these "add-on items" seemed to be just under like this one. I went as far as checkout with just this item to see how much the delivery would cost (would surely still be less than buying some of the dearer balls) and to my surprise I was charged nothing at all for delivery, which was super quick - ordered on Saturday and delivered on the Monday!

Doesn't work for me
Doesn't seem to work with my 2 in 1 washer/dryer as not enough air goes through and pushes the wool balls around my clothes. I could not find any info online to suggest that it wouldn't work for my type of machine so thought I'd give it a go. I see no significant difference in drying times to warrant using these.

Ok but not worth £10
Good quality item but they haven't made any difference to the drying time and they are so light they don't really move the washing around like the plastic ones I used to use, still need to use dryer sheets as without the clothes don't smell fresh at all once dry and taken out, ordered after reading the two previous reviews, one of them looks as if the company selling them wrote it so have reported it to amazon
