This Tigerbeds branded Ottoman Storage Bed has been designed to offer both compact style and durability. Upholstered in a soft faux leather, this high quality metal frame bed offers substantial internal storage up to 25cm high and comes complete with a fabric base sheet. The gas hydraulics are designed to absorb the weight of a heavy mattress up to 75kg whilst allowing for smooth opening and soft closing. The beds also feature sprung wooden slats for comfort which are also apx 10mm thick for strength. Bed will come flat pack for home assembly. Box 1 will contain the headboard, on the back of the headboard there is a zip and all the slats footboard and fittings are packed in there, box 2 contains the two side rails and centre bar. Item does not include a mattress. product dimensions are Headboard Height 36 inches, width 42 inches, Footboard Height 13 inches, width 39 inches, total length 81 inches Storage apx 10 inches deep. Brillaint but must put mattress on first or it wont shut
Fantastic quality and price. Very easy to put together. Only problem we had is we thought the gas cylinders had locked open while the bed was in the up position . Turns out you need to place the mattress on top of the bed while it's open before the bed will actually close (it doesn't tell you this in the instructions). Once we realised this the bed went down after a couple of tries and now works perfectly

Looks great but the slats are awful quality
Bed looks Nice, very functional being an ottoman - great storage space. But one thing that really gets to me is the slats are really poor quality. Had this bed a couple of months now and 5 slats have broken already. They are extremely thin and are not fit for purpose.

Excellent product even at twice the price
Excellent product even at twice the price. Very good storage area and looks more premium than I was expecting. Solid when assembled. Would recommend.

Very good value for money
The beds arrive fairly quickly and were very well packed.. surprisingly they were very easy to assemble.. according to some reviews I must be a magician to assemble two of them in only one and half hour.. honestly the second was mostly assembled by my teenage sons, so you can imagine how easy it is..Now come to the strength: Its really sturdy due to metal frame.. All the bolts are screwed in metal part of it so hopefully the bed will stay in shape for a long enough span of time.. fingers crossed..I will certainly recommend it,,,,, A very good value for money...

Perfect Bed
So very very pleased. I'm pleased to say it took 1 lady 2 hrs to put togther. Easy to follow instructions great expensive looking bed for monies spent and it was delivered earlier then expected, highly recommend

Absolute bargain, highly recommend
Well....I bought this for our 8 year old son and had my reservations as was half the price of others we had seen.My other half used to work for one of the biggest bed companies in uk delivering and installing beds so he was horrified I'd bought one so cheap and expected it would be a nightmare..Good news he built it and thought it was an absolute bargain for the build quality and now wants one for us, took him 45 mins on his own to build and has been perfect ever since

Not a 4ft bed
If you need (as I did) to fit it in a limited space and expect it to be really 4ft wide - forget it. This has a headboard from a double bed (4ft6) and the rest of the frame is slightly smaller, to fit a 4ft mattress. Photos do not show that a headboard is wider than a rest of the bed. Other than this a decent storage bed frame, not very robust, but you won't expect it anyway for this price.

Good value for the price
Good value for the reduced price. Storage fab.Watched a you tube of how to build it before I put it together.Put all the screws in piles before I started. Wasn't to difficult to put it together and we are not diy experts.
