Hercules Portable Automated Lift for Solax Folding Scooter Transformer & Genie

I bit the bullet and bought this lift, being assured that I can lift 22 pounds. In fact, it weighs 30 pounds, well over my lifting capacity. Everywhere this lift is advertised, it mentions it weighs only 22 pounds-NOT TRUE! Once I received it and weighed it, it was a pain to send back because the company wanted to charge a 22% restocking fee, even though the advertising was false. It would be a great product if it didn't weigh so much!
