I was disappointed in this product. It arrived in a package that was obviously used as it was taped shut with clear packing tape at the top creating a messy appearance. When we opened the package, 1 of the wicks that goes inside the unit was missing from the space where it shows it should have been. I opened the unit and found the missing wick inside the unit with lime scale crumbling around it. Such a disappointment to receive a product that someone else had used and returned.

Its ok. The only thing i don't like about it is that it doesn't screw on very tight. Whenever i moved its position majority of the time the water holder would come off otherwise I love how you have the different settings and the color choices

Works great except for one thing: it's hard to see the light that indicates what function it's in. The light is under the plastic and hard to see. And the on/off button isn't really a button. It's a spot with the symbol, and you touch it. No button. Might wanna write that down. No actual button.But it DOES work great and is much better than other air freshener options for your car.

Love it. This is my third. First 2 broken almost immediately after plugging them in, but I have extreme stress caring for people who are dying. The essential oils help diffuse my mind and keep me in a calm collective state of mind. I cannot afford to be decreased $ crying many day. I chose more uplifting fragrances that help in a more upbeat mood throughout the day. I just wish I wasn’t having to replace them so often due to poor manufacturing details. Otherwise I could be your greatest sales person.
