Excellent support, very happy with this chair. The instructions for putting it together we’re a little difficult in that the photos were in black-and-white and the chair is black, so it was hard to see the diagrams. Not insurmountable. A couple of the screw holes were filled with some residue/wood chips and plastic coating and I couldn’t get the screws in until I clean that out. Again easy enough to fix once I understood the problem. Now that the chair is together, All is good

I got a new desk and decided to get a new chair to go along with it. I was very hesitant due to the price but don't be fooled this chair is very comfortable and good looking. Very easy to adjust and build. Recommended!

It was a little hard to put together but I am 72 with bad back. Someone younger would probably not have a problem!

Chair is great for work. Comfortable for a tall person (6 foot 2') has adjustable height and arms.

The back is not very supportive and the armrests prevent chair from being pulled up to desk. Seat is comfortable.

Honestly fantastic chair, especially for the price. I've a grad student so I sit around staring at my computer all day. I used to have a simple AmazonBasics chair, and this was good for a while, but my back kept aching from constant sitting. This chair's lumbar support is fantastic, and I've had much less back pain since buying it. Sure, it may not be a $1,000 top-of-the-line ergonomic chair, but for the price (and my admittedly small budget), this was a fantastic purchase. I'm considering purchasing a second one for my office.
