Delicious only when made very strong
I make pour over every morning. I like this for the coarse ground, and aroma and flavor profile. But for a while I was dissatisfied with the cup that was coming out because I was using the same amount of grinds that I normally do - one heaping scoop. It wasn't until I doubled the amount of grinds that I got a real good bloom and flavor from the coffee which was exciting because it was delicious but sad because it is eating through the supply so fast.

Low acidity
I use this coarse grind for french press travel mug. It's less acid, very nice scent, and tastes good even after hours have passed. It's pricy but I'll repeat it.

What happened?
The first two orders were so smooth and wonderful! The last two orders are funky tasting! What the hec happened. Not buying anymore and threw out what I had.
