A Honeymoon Hunt Gone Awry
Set against the relationship tension of a couple getting to know each other well on their honeymoon (no inappropriate bits included), the hunt of the Beast of Bray Road turned out perfectly. I never suspected the real culprit, and I thoroughly enjoyed Raina and Baran's hunt. The mystery held well through the story length as well as the relationship tension between my favorite tension-filled relationship. Despite the fact these two characters (Baran and Raina) obviously love each other, they still have a long way to go in developing the level of trust and communication necessary for a deep and loving marriage. I am enjoying watching them grow with each story. I also love all the secondary characters and conflicts they encounter along the way. Ms. Rogers is growing in her storytelling skills more and more with each new book. I can't wait to read the next one.

Wolf's Path...a good read
I enjoyed the adventures and antics of Baran and Raina, an unlikely couple in an arranged marriage who also have to work together---in this book--to solve the mystery of the Beast of Bray Road. Plenty of excitement, action, romance, and humor. Because of their differences in training, personality, and their approach to life in general, they have one argument after another, and must find a way to make their marriage work while on a dangerous mission. If you enjoy contemporary fantasy you will enjoy this book. Minor editing issues were distracting, and certain phrases were used repeatedly.

Very good alternate universe
The world-building of this universe is very complex, which lends credibility to the story. It is hard to imagine someone staying in a peace marriage with someone they have such a hard time getting along with. However, Raina's interactions with Baran are similar to my interactions with my husband, which leaves me to ask the question, "Is she getting all her material from real life relationships?" Often, books gloss over some of the real conflicts, and as soon as someone says "I love you", they seem to mystically be able to read the other person's mind. Of course that never happens in real life, and the reader is left with a bittersweet taste in their mouth for their own relationship. I vastly prefer reading about people who are more realistic (and have lots less heat in olved.) My favorite part of this series is how Raina has taught TDS how to play.

Good Character Progression!
I think one of the most impressive parts of this story was the growth of Baran and Raina. Kudos to the author for digging in and really showing the difficulties of arranged marriage between two very different personalities and backgrounds. Also, I continue to enjoy the usage of feline shifters as the main characters. It's a nice change from the usual wolves. And the awful inconvenience of the whole "fated mate bond" jealousy is well done too. Overall, this book did a great job of pulling me into the universe!

My Favorite Therian Couple Are At It Again!
Kimberly Rogers is an incredible storyteller. Baran and Raina are so relatable and real that I am just about as obsessed with them as a fangirl can get: the way he struggles to express the very deep commitment and love he feels for her, and the way she tries to tease the affection she so badly desires out of her stoic husband. I completely love their interactions, and the world she sets up, infusing our history with Therianthropes and Elves, is enchanting and wondrous to behold. The struggles within and without play havoc with the Beasts within them, as controlling and suppressing the natural instincts under stress gets increasingly difficult. I love the intrigue of the mystery, balanced so perfectly between uneasy "down times" and periods of abject peril, doling out clues and discoveries just enough to keep the reader guessing, with plenty of twists and turns all the way to the very end!"WOLF'S PATH" is a stellar piece of urban fantasy sure to excite fans of shows like Grimm and high fantasy like Lord of the Rings, as well as those who enjoy a good mystery and vivid characters in a fantasy setting.

Tigers and Leopards and Beasts, Oh My!
This series just gets better and better! The writing is strong, the world building is imaginative, the stories are engrossing, clean and full of hope. What could be better? The characters! Baran and Raina continue to love and scrap and tease and perfectly complement each other. Opposites do indeed attract, but boy do they give off sparks, too! This is Book Two and a Half of the Therian Way series, and while it's a great story on its own, it's a much richer one if you've read the novella and novel that precede it (Tiger's Paw and Leopard's Heart). I can't wait to read the next in the series.
