The Jamma version is powered by the jamma harness.

Yes there are 1,300 games pre-installed and you can add more if you like.

Q: does this use a 3 or 5a 12v power supply?

12v 3a is what the full 2 player arcade stick versions use, so that's what I use on my main board and it works without a problem.
