I bought 2 of them ... they just worked 2 months and suddenly stopped with no reason, I tried to contact the support team (not amazon team) they are useless it take 1 week to do the initial reposed and they keep for 2 weeks saying your wireless network have a delay which is totally wrong as i keep mentioning to them already the cams connected with RJ45 cables but I keep receiving the same answer your wireless is not good and I asked what will be the next step they didn't answer me back.I don't recommend this product for any one.

I own two of these. They are paperweights. No matter how many directions I read online (b/c they don't come with directions that work), I can't get these to work. I can get their lights to flash and they talk to me in Chinese, but I can't get the App they suggest for it to work, and I can't get the Apps other people suggest for them to work. So I have $100 worth of useless equipment.

Did not like it. Heard to operate. Did not know it always has to be plugged I️. To work. Gets a few feet away from WiFi and does not work. Returning g today

Would not connect to my WiFi even on the 2.4. When contacting the mfg. they would only help if I did a video chat which never happened due to they are overseas. When notifying the seller they told me to have someone else try to set it up because I probably didn’t know what I was doing.

WiFi range is horrible on this thing. I had it 8 feet from the router and it couldn't pick up the signals.
