Casual Home Solid Wood Kitchen Island, Natural Maple Top, White Base (New) 40*20*36.5inch

A lot more solid then expected. Price went up after we purchased ours. Would not buy at present price.

Overall, fine for what you pay for, though I suspect you would get better value from Ikea. Sadly, with such good reviews here I didn't bother to check other options. The shelves fragile and doesn't seem sturdy enough to hold 50lbs as stated in their ad, I doubt the structure can hold 100lbs as advertised.

Very affordable. It’s sturdy and easy to put together. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. Love it!

I received this much quicker than initially expected which was a pleasant surprise. I’m personally not the *most* handy person, but can and will follow directions to the “T”. That being said, the instructions were very direct and easy to follow. I made sure I received all the needed parts and hardware before beginning construction. It took me maybe 1 hour and 15-30 minutes to fully construct it (mid 30s female with little building experience). I am very pleased with the quality vs price. It does exactly as intended: provides additional workspace for my limited countertop kitchen and a place to display my nicer, more prized cookware. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the paint finish on the frame/shelves (the white portion) it was more of a “weathered” finish, but not like a farm-housey worn (which isn’t my style). For anyone wondering, I chose the white and “maple” style. I didn’t know what the true difference was between the two white options other than MAYBE the wood top being made of a different wood material (bamboo vs maple..?).

Nice clean look with a real maple wood top. Easy assembly. We are very happy with this purchase!
