What are the degrees for incline and decline?

There are four levels: 90*, 45*, 0*, and -30* (decline). Hope this helps.

How sturdy is this bench? Will it wobble a lot when I'm doing dips on the side of it?

Not sure, I'm 300 lbs and work out on it daily with 70-90lb dumb bells and it is still as sturdy as the day I assembled it 5 months ago. I have not personally used it for dips but am sure I could

Is it possible to buy replacement foam pads for the leg restraint?

I have had my bench for only a few months so my pads are still very firm and new. I'm sure you will be able to find replacement pads on Amazon or directly from Bowflex.

What is the real length of the bench in flat position?

52"...just measured. Does not count foot rest.
