**Q: Is this item vegetarian?  (I heard that it was).  Thanks!**
A: It is, I have a rare allergie to beef and this one doesn't make me sick. No meet whatsoever and amazing taste. Might not be healthy, but common its poutine, its not supposed to be :)!

**Q: How long can you keep it in the fridge ?**
A: If you mean the package it’s not meant to be refrigerated. It lasts a long time as any gravy package would.  Hope that helps!

I order this for my husband’s side of the family to make Canadian Poutine and it’s perfect. You can’t get the taste right without this gravy mix. Will keep ordering, could also do the Canadian chicken sandwich's too. Flavor is fantastic. Price isn’t too bad either
