However, I feel safer and protected. The green light is on, and they're hooked up fairly solidly, with zip ties around other cables and 3M industrial double-sided tape to a cleaned section of metal, under the hood. I check it periodically, and it's not coming loose or showing signs of wear. Hoping we don't have an EMP attack anytime soon, but if we do, and these things actually do what they say they will, then I should be in good shape. Review: Just what I had read about the EMP shield - I had read several articles on line about the EMP Shield and decided to get one. Easy installation, about 5 minutes. The only problem was when I disconnected the negative terminal every single item on my electronic dashboard went out as well as the complete dash info system. After about 3 hours most of the systems came back on by themselves but others had to be reflashed at the dealer. Then I had to reset all the presets manually. But,if this actually does what it says it will do, then it was all worth it. No way to actually test it out short of a nuclear EMP bomb going off high up in the atmosphere. ## Features - NEW!
