My Memories Suite 9 Digital Scrapbooking Software [Mac and PC]

So far so good. I am familiar with many pieces of software used for editing and creating images. This by far has been the easiest yet. Installed program, logged on, pulled up blank template, drag and dropped pictures, printed. Just that easy. Also there are plenty of YouTube tutorials on this software.

Not pleased with this software. It's not as good as the original product from My Memories. Disappointed, but needed an update.

Not easy to use

This software has multiple choices to edit and create pages. That's really exciting for me! However, the tutorials are very specific to specific options in the program and I didn't find a beginners "getting started" lesson. Luckily I have a friend who helped me navigate. I'm still in the beginners mode, but am excited about the possibilities. There is a Facebook page and there are ideas on Pinterest, which is good, because it can be quite overwhelming to see the opening page in the software.

The My Memories Suite 9 arrived promptly from Amazon. I downloaded the program without any issues. Backgrounds and Embellishments are lacking so I downloaded a few from the internet. The program recommends purchases be made thru the Designers associate with My Memories. The selections are wonderful so I made several purchases. After two days attempting to install the paid for selections from My Memories Designers, all of the selections remain uninstalled on my C drive (Windows 10 computer). I have tried 10-15 to access and install my purchased items from my invoice to My Memories Program without success. I have watched the recommended My Memories Instructional videos that were made in 2008 with entirely different home screens so the instructions do not match with the current My Memories Suite home screen. I tried to access the User forum which is another joke as it continually informs that I am signed in and approved, yet I cannot post my question of how to actually utilize all of my designer purchases. I am experienced computer uses since the mid 1980s. I have been able to access the couple of internet downloads that I made before paying for My Memories Designer offerings. I now understand while the other major scrapbook vendors utilize Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Photoshop Elements. I do not recommend the purchase of My Memories and especially the the beautiful designer templates, embellishments and backgrounds.

I love this software! It's adorable, easy to use, and has so many designs and options. I've made really beautiful pages using it.

Touted as one of the best photo collage apps. I found it complicated, not user friendly, unable to stitch photos, very limited tutorials and couldn't find the word "collage" when I searched. Not really happy.
