Was hoping for a thicker strips of coconut -no info given on inches or mm of the shreds
Yes, this a fine quality product, unhampered by sugar. My problem is the coconut is shredded so finely that it is hard to both taste it in a self-made trail mix, or even see it easily in the nut mix. I'm sure there are others out there who know what to do with tiny shreds of coconut, but I sure don't at the moment. will have to search out the Epicurious site or dig through cookbooks. Looking on lAmazon at an virtually all white bad, makes it hard to determine the size of the coconut shreds. It would have been so helpful had the estimated size of the tiny shreds would have been listed in inches or mm.
