I've had this coffee maker for over two years, and it's incredible for a one-cup machine. Originally purchased when I was living in a van and didn't want anything glass in case of breakage. Worked great then and working great now in my sticks n bricks home. I don't use the included travel cup - I just brew my coffee into a normal cup. It comes with a reusable filter basket, but I use the small disposable paper filters instead. So easy to use, heats well, and it brews very quickly. Also easy to keep clean. Not a single complaint here. Recommended for small spaces and for those who prefer to make only a cup at a time.

I definitely recoment this coffee maker! It may be small and compact, yet is very easy to use, no paper fillters needed, no coffee grounds got through the mesh filter ! Easy to clean,,, and makes a nice single 14 oz cup of great coffee !!!! This is a must have for sure !

This thing is great; makes a perfect amount of coffee for 1 or 2, reusable filter and shuts off automatically. Had stopped working and was perplexed (basket overflowing, stopping with half a tank of water left). Realized even with regular vinegar cleaning still needs the drain hole (that sucks the water into the drip arm over the basket) cleaned with a pipe cleaner and vinegar due to coffee sludge and oil buildup. Nice and compact on my counter. Makes mornings very pleasant.

It’s so inexpensive, and it quickly makes a good cuppa. I set it up at night, and just push the button in the morning! This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased in somewhat over a year. Still a good buy. Cleaning is difficult. There is coffee sludge in the water tank after a while. I guess thats normal. I can’t get my hand in there to clean it out. Today I took it into my garden and used the hose on a hard spray and was able to remove it. With all of them after a short time it starts shutting off before it’s completed. I put the cup under the spout and push the button again. On one it started to make electrical sounding noise, so I tossed it. I tossed the second one also. I really like it, except for the electrical issue, and when my current coffee maker goes, I guess I’ll get another. It makes a great cuo of coffee, it’s cute and doesn’t take up much counter space. 😊

Welcome to the saga of my attempt to have coffee I make taste like I got it at a coffee shop. I was using a pour over filter, which was an improvement over the previous method... I'm having trouble remembering what it was now. Somewhere back there was an aeropress, but I don't think it immediately preceded the pour over. There is also a one cup combo French press/hot cup back there. Maybe that's what I was using before and after I decided the aeropress was too much trouble. Anyway, as I was saying, the pour over was an improvement, but having to stand there, carefully and slowly pouring the hot water into it over a carefully timed span of 4 to 5 minutes was a serious drag, and the results, though improved, were still not what I was looking for. Not to mention that after the 4 or 5 minutes I had to reheat the coffee I'd made in the microwave before I could enjoy it. Enter this one cup coffee maker! Using the same amount of coffee and the same amount of water that I was using with the pour over, I push the button, do whatever I want for 3 or 4 minutes and come back and have coffee shop quality coffee, right there in my own kitchen. Imagine that! No reheating... the included hot cup does the job. And this machine isn't any harder to clean than the pour over. Maybe slightly easier, because it's easier to dump the basket in the compost bucket than it was to dump the pour over in the compost bucket. ☕🥳⚡

I've used numerous methods to make coffee but now am restricted to one mug a day. This little coffee maker is easy to use and with small filters, it is easy to clean. Put in good coffee and you get good coffee in return. The hot water is spread evenly over the grounds, better than some more expensive coffee makers. I like that it takes very little space on my kitchen counter. I ordered Disposable small coffee filters, unbleached for Ninja Pods. The filters look to be too big, but they work perfectly.

I used this a few times so I can give an honest review. The one big negative for me is temperature. This does not make a HOT cup of coffee. It isn’t at a to hot to drink temp. Because of that, half way through the cup it’s basically just warm. It’s not hot like a percolator, French press or a 12 cup drip coffee maker. One of the reasons could be that there is no warming plate where the cup sits. I used my own ceramic cup and warmed it but that didn’t help. That being said, this temp could be perfect for others. The cup it came with: It says the inside is stainless steal. I have doubts that it is. When you tap your finger on the inside it sounds like the outside, plastic. Maybe a very thin coating of stainless? I used the cup once and it puts a plastic taste to the coffee. It also is so light weight that it may not have any insulation on the inside. The craftsmanship is ok. It’s very thin. The filter basket is a bit flimsy but the mesh material seems tough and sturdy. I think the basket itself would break before the mesh would. It’s very easy to use and clean. I almost wish I didn’t buy this one and got something higher end because of the temp issue. (No way to know it’s not to my liking before hand) When I want one cup of coffee mid day, I didn’t want to mess with an entire larger volume coffee maker. Those really aren’t made to make one cup.

Cute little compact single serve coffee maker. A few scuff marks noted on the side of the machine but luckily not too noticeable due to black color and shine of the machine. I brought it to work and was able to discreetly set it up in my office. Im an introvert and prefer to stay away from the staff lounge. So this is perfect for when I need a quick coffee or tea right in the convieniance of my own office. It is not a high end brewer by any means. The coffee doesn't come out too strong. I guess, its because it doesn't really brew. Water heats up but doesn't boil. If strong coffee is your thing this might not be right for you. A regular or light coffee is more so what you going to get. The coffee does not come out super hot either, so adding milk or creamer quickly makes it even less hot. I Found microwaving the milk a little before adding it to the coffee helps. If its plain coffee or tea then its just hot enough to drink without burning yourself. So if you don't add anything to your beverage than you might be better off. Especially, since the Mug itself doesn't keep the drink warm. I was under the impression it was stainless steal so I was surprised about that. Unfortunately, even if you dont add milk or creamer the contents in the mug whether coffee or tea cools pretty quickly even with lid tightly sealed. So probably not best for someone thats a slow drinker. All in all, though, its nothing fancy nor high end but for someone who doesn't want to venture to the staff lounge and just needs a quick regular coffee or tea, this serves the purpose well enough. I am happy I am able to discreetly have this at work.

I just tried my new coffee maker, and love it! I got it for the camp trailer as I have very little space , and Needed something that’s small and won’t heat trailer up! Makes a good cup of coffee. Haven’t tried it in a mug as it does come with its own mug, however, my husband and I will both be using this so will try it in a mug on weekend…. I have heard it splashes out in a mug, so will probably need to buy a 14 oz one. Had a defective one the first time, but seller was very prompt at giving me another one quickly!

The voltage on the description is wrong. It wont work in europe. Its not 230v. Its only 120v. Will cause a house fire if I plug it in. They send you a boat anchor only for you to have the hassle of doing a return. If you like doing returns, this product is for you. Also it may be for you even if you dont like returns but do like house fires.
