Only time will tell..
Delivery was super fast. The bottle is safely sealed. I have placed a repeat purchase.The pills are tiny, so extremely easy to swallow. Only time will tell if they really work, however my hair does look healthier already after 1 week.

An easy to swallow tablet with no taste really. I started to take these after researching best products as my nails particularly were falling to pieces after having acrylics. Only been taking these a short while but there seems to be more strength in my hair. Will only know with nails when they grow a bit.

Biotin for hair
This is a small semi-transparent brown plastic pot about 1/6 filled with small biotin (or vitamin b7) tablets. The tablets are flavourless, odourless and small, so are easy to swallow. The tablets contain 10 mg of biotin, so it's quite a high dosage, and the suggestion is to take 1 a day. I'm not too happy about the packaging of this one- it seems a but wasteful to use such a large pot for such a small net amount of pills.

Good product
I used this product because I noticed that I was losing a lot of hair for some reason.I've only been using biotin for the last couple of weeks but I've definitely noticed reduced hair fall. Tablets are easy to swallow and really good value for money.

But I've only been taking for two weeks, so it's still early days, I think taking this kind of supplement you need to be taking it for a number of months to see any improvement.This biotin supplement is for hair growth, nails and skin. I'm not sure whether or not I will buy again after these have all gone unless I see some kind of benefit from taking them, if they actually do as they say I will buy again.... apparently they do alot of good on the inside too, it breaks down fats and carbohydrates and supports your nerves and metabolism.These are optimal strength, you get 10000 micrograms of biotin in just one tablet.You get 120 tablets that will last 3 months as you only take 1 a day.For a 3 month supply I think at £10.95 they are very reasonably priced.
