I've been using the Amkette Pocket Mate FM Radio with Bluetooth Speaker for over a year now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance.One of the standout features for me is the ability to use an SD card. The best audio product bought in recent times, Thanks AMKETTE for the little wonder, the product has superb quality finish and great audio clarity and is definitely comparable to any Japanese brand like sony , panasonic ,sharp.The funfact is that the Bluetooth is an awesome surprise as on regular mode I listen to local FM channels and Bluetooth enables international channels via a certain app on my mobile phone ( # radio garden app)So the feeling is just great 👍I carry it for my weekend rides as the battery lasts well also the C type plug helps me to recharge anytime- anywhere.The memory card function is an absolute delight, it's that wow feeling listening to my favorite songs and now I can keep the memory of my mobile phone free as I have transferred all fav songs into a memory card that goes in the memory slot of the pocket mate....And surely pocket friendly product - pocket mate !!!

I believe that some products are incorrectly named, and their given names do not reflect their actual gains/functionality. So is the case with this product.All the smartphones are equipped with very good sound output capabilities for small scale listening. If someone is interested in personal hearing without disturbing others, she may go for wired or Bluetooth earbuds. Had I been a music enthusiast I would have given sound input to large volume Bluetooth music boxes. Why would at all I be interested in connecting Bluetooth to a miniature device with low volume? Therefore, naming it Bluetooth speaker doesn’t justify its primary function rather playing content through Bluetooth is merely an additional feature of it.To sum it up, it’s a portable media player with multiple connectivity options, including Bluetooth. So far, it appears to me a handy music player with following pros:(1) No connectivity option is left. You may connect through USB, TF card, Aux, and Bluetooth for voice input.(2) Finish is good and is compact in size.(3) It offers a keypad with numeral buttons so that you can key in a specific track from your playlist. Additionally, it mounts an LCD display on front which shows the track selection along with other options (e.g., mode TF/USB/FM/BT, battery, FM frequency, etc.). A few speakers give you track selection, but display is absent in most of them.(4) Battery is chargeable and easily detachable. That means you may replace it once its is out of order.(5) I don’t listen to FM often, so I am not assessing its efficacy in tuning etc. capabilities, but be happy, an antenna is there to get it right.(6) Sound is crisp, loud, and clear. Sound output matches with its size.I am not sure about its cons as I am writing a review immediately after its acquisition. I am a bit concerned about the battery life. Particularly, I have received a battery cell with no protective tape non one side. So far, it’s going on. Let’s see for a week or two.All in all, a versatile portable speaker on an ‘OK’ price.Edit 1:(Review post one week of purchase)Battery is working fine. Backup is well ahead of 8 hours.

Audio cant be selected by pressing appropriate number on Numeric Pad. Pen Drive has many song so I taken by understanding that by pressing proper number I can select desired audio from many audios from pen Drive. Yes it is required to store audios in proper sequence with each Audio file have unique first 3 digit from 001 to 999. But after keeping in proper sequence also I not able to select desired Audio. So this device can be used only for FB Radio, but Pen Drive port given is misleading consumer about listening desired audio from Pen Drive. If this Feature is not given then how user can select desired audio from many audios? Selecting one after other & here is not practically possible solution.

The media could not be loaded. Pro: 1.Sound is just blast with bass✌️.2. Blootooth and USB connectivity is fast.3. It auto scan with fm channel memory is there. Your all scanned channels will be saved automatically and no need to search every time, just like TV remote you can listen the channel by selecting station number.4. Keypad and body is sturdy.Cons:1.This radio is super noisy. Its unable to receive channels indoor even I am in metro city, just wasted my money on this, fm sound quality is also noisy means if it catches the station then also sound is noise mixed. sound is loud but no use because its reception is very very weak. It very sensitive to home appliances even AC and charger causes noise for this Radio.Solution: You have to hang wire from your tarrace to and attach to its antenna in order to receive the fm stations clearly.
