Update. I wrote to them to request more barley and they sent a nice amount. It was easy to refill and has made a huge difference. They added a nice bright turquoise pillow case without the pinch clip. Perfect. I have changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you!I am still on the fence about this. The cover is scratchy. Why not a nice soft cover? I am not at all sure what the tie and pinch clip at the end are for. The tie does not go through the whole top which would make it useful to pull tight when traveling so it won't fall out of the case. It is just slipped through a tie at the end of the bag. There isn't any real reason for it. The tie and pinch clip are very rough and rigid. Odd for a pillow. The pillow could be fuller. I wake up frequently to fluff it up. I really want to like this but I just don't understand some of their choices.

I love this pillow! I've ordered a bunch of the travel/neck/u-shaped pillows in the past, but they never seem to hold up (they tend to fray, are not easy to wash, and none of them were made of organic materials). I never seemed to get something I felt would last, and be good for family travel. A good friend told me about these, and I love smaller travel size and the loop, so far we used it on a car trip and a plane trip, highly recommend.

My husband has had Parkinson's for 26 years and one of his main problem is pain in his neck. What I like about this pillow is that it is 100% organic and the best part is that I can remove the cover and wash it. Looking forward to our next flight to Maui -- won't forget to take this pillow alone!

I don't often write reviews, however, I was very impressed with this company's product & service. I bought this pillow for a recent trip & it was so useful the entire time, and not just for my flights. When I first received it I kind of wanted more hulls within. So I called the customer service number that came with my package and to my surprise, it was a lovely lady that picked up my call with a very cheerful voice. She immediately took down my info. & sent the hulls as well as an extra cover along w/ a Thank You note. I am extremely happy I made this purchase esp w/ T2Pillows. When I received the pillow, some of the buck wheat was spilled all over outside in the box.It was a gift and I just kept it.I wish the pillow has generous amount of buckwheat... it only filled not even a half...Somewhat disappointed.

Pillow arrived, well made, great shape and size for my travel pillow. But very limp..called T2pillows..used their enclosed card which said any problems give us a call..ok...talked with Helen..explained my problem...she sent more buckwheat hulls, pronto. Filled my pillow to my firmness..perfect. once in a while you come across an outstanding company, standing behind an outstanding product..

This is a smaller lighter version of the pillow that I use at home. I am glad to have one that I can travel with. I needed a little more fill and the seller was very responsive and sent it out immediately. Great product and great service!

Great small pillow I use for nursing and baby tummy time. It’s the right size and molds as you need it while still offering support. It also helped my LO sleep when they had a runny nose...just enough elevation. Fits on top of my diaper bag too so I can take it with me if needed.
