If you are inside, and have a socket, by a AC adapter, included.If you are outdoor, or in a space without any socket, can be powered with batteries, but this ones are not included.The quality of light is going to save any professional time and effort.The high CRI claim is accurate as far as I can tell.The bi-color capability means that the white balance issues are minimised.With the metal barn doors you can limit and direct the light as required.My professional recommendation is, if you use it for portret/people video or photography, to use it in pair, or togeather with a aditional light, to cancel the shadows that could appear.For objects/products video or photography is ok using one light.
