Review: Great totes for so many jobs - I bought this set of foldable grocery bags in 2019, not for groceries at that time but as a lightweight and compact tote for carrying laundry down two flights when I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. In the 7 years since, the totes have held up well but the one that is always in the trunk of my car is looking a bit frayed around the edges…so I’m getting another set. I haven’t tested them for strength with more than groceries in the years since I first bought them, but have been pleasantly surprised at how much they can carry. They also come in handy if I’m transporting food to a potluck party, for example. A good size platter and a bottle or two of wine can easily fit in the tote. I’m sure you could fit beach towels or anything else along those lines in it as well. Super nice that they fold flat and out of the way. I have one in my kitchen tucked into an out-of-the-way place and one in my car and use them all the time.
