Fantastic product !
We're very much delighted to have our first GoPro 12 Creator edition . The camera is easy to handle and feels very sturdy. Quality of HDR videos is awesome. Decent battery I would say. Overall very much happy to have this product.

Heats up alot and switch offs
I've bought gopro for 65000 rupees in India from Amazon I have got the product and since the first day I used it. The problem of heating started on the same day delivery the camera heats up and turns of near about 15 to 20 minutes after recording. When I contact to the service centre they told me to send the camera to Hong Kong and I got the replacement but the replacement product was new but still the heating problem is persistent in the same product to send the product to Hong Kong I got expense near about 11000 to 12000 rupees and they said that these are the government taxes that they have not any control over it now the second replacement is the same with the heating problem and does not record more than 30 minutes of recording now if I have to send it again out of India for service I would again need expense of 12000 rupees and its not worth it now I am stuck with the GoPro I have no service in India and the product is not useful for me now so please go to something about it and for Indian buyers please do not buy go pro go for other products of which service is available in India.. I had a worst experience with the brand GoPro and I'll never buy again from the GoPro.

Product is good but creator edition battery handel not perfect mount problem that's why I give 3 star only and to much heating problem itself get off while recording a video if I know that before heating problem get switch off I will not purchase it totally money waste product in summer it cannot shot a video in morning 8 am error come to much heat camera off guys don't wate your money like me purchase any other brand not gopro
