Universal H1 12V Blue Xenon Look Headlight Bulbs E4/55W

The packs arrived on time. I was pleased with them because each pack contained a side light bulb as well which I didn't expect so I changed both head light and side light bulbs so they matched. The bulbs produce a nice crisp white light and look really good. I wouldn't say they give better vision light than the originals but I have a Jaguar X-Type and the head lights are the worst on any car I have ever had. 2 weeks after one of head light bulbs has already blown. However that was the side I was replacing anyway so it may be an indication of another fault. Only time will tell.

Happy with product and a few reviews said that htey blew quickly. I'm a trained mechanic and have had them in a focus for over 6 months with no issue. With these types of bulb touching the glass element severly affects the lifespan of the bulb, I fitter wearing latex gloves and using tissue (recommended way) and there fine. I'm not saying every buld will be perfect but I'd expect most of the "Don't last long" comments are due to incorrect fitting practices - i.e. touching glass.

waste of money yes they got a white/blue look but you cant see s**t at night time they dont light up nothing might as well drive with your lights off!!

Have just replaced my normal dip beam bulbs with these and whilst they give a brighter whiter light the range of vision and the light pattern has not improved very much.This could of cause be down to the alleged poor headlights fitted on the Jag x type anyway.

Not any whiter or brighter than standard halogen bulbs. To be fair, I think that the poor headlights in my 02 Audi a3 were the main problem with the brightness. I eventually upgraded to an hid kit.

they come from China, that I didn't notice on first time, and toke 3 weeks came to me and the cover blue is a little use, don't look new but important they working.

All bulbs purchased by Crystal Edge Ltd blow in a short time.Whilst existing fitted to other headlight still working purchased by Halfords.Next time I will buy from Halfords.

They do the job for the price they are. They have lasted longer than my previous bulbs, just remember to degrease all halogen bulbs before installing.
