Cork tubes are obtained directly from the forests of cork oaks. After pruning, the branches of the oak remain on the forest floor until the wood rots leaving the bark (cork) in the form of a tube. They are perfect as burrows for rodents, snakes or any other type of reptile. They are also suitable for tarantulas or other arachnids to easily make their nests. To adapt the burrow to your terrarium, use pliers to break and cut the cork.
