I've only used it a couple of times but I like it so far. I have a rather severe case of MGD and the highest temperature setting is hot enough for me.The only downside is that it doesn't really sit on my eyes (maybe because I have high cheekbones), and I have to add a little pressure with my fingers to keep it touching the eyes. Otherwise, you can't really keep the eyes warm/hot at all. People who say it's not hot enough are probably not feeling the heat because of that. (Still, keeping fingers on the mask is a lot less annoying than having to heat up my old microwavable eye mask 2-3 times every night to do a 30 minute heat massage.)On a perhaps unrelated note, the pouch that came with the eye mask had some dandruff-looking white dust all over it, so I had to wash the pouch (and the eye mask, just to make sure) before use.

I purchased this to make applying warm moist heat to my eyes easier. Before this I was using damp washcloths heated in the microwave. This allows me consistent heat for a timed period. Time and temperatures work great. I was not happy with the level of moisture using as directed so I got creative. I use a wet paper towel against my eyes and put the black side against the paper towel on the hottest setting, timed for 15 minutes. It takes the first minute or two to heat up the moist heat, but gives me 10 solid minutes (if I need longer I just increase the time). The paper towel gives me a clean surface against my eyes every time. The mask shuts off automatically at the end of whatever time you set. I gave it 4 stars because Using the included spray bottle on the cloth side did not give my the moist heat I was expecting.The instructions are not in English, but I worked out my own system, so that wasn’t a problem. The small spray bottle it comes with is really too tiny to be useful. I keep a larger spray bottle and folded paper towels next to my charging station and i’m good to go!

I purchased this mask with high hopes. After reviewing and comparing many I decided this one seemed to be the best product for a decent price. Unfortunately this was not the case. I plugged the mask in and let it heat up for a few minutes. I wanted to make sure it wasn't too hot before trying it on. It was faaaaaar from it. At the highest setting it only heated up to a slightly warm feeling...and only on the right side of the mask (where the cord is). I felt no warmth at all on the left side. I left it plugged in for 15 minutes but there was no change in temperature. Perhaps this was a defective mask? Not sure, but not going to try again either. Back it goes.

It does not get warm enough - I had the Bruder mask but the warmth didn't last so I purchased this mask because I thought plugged in it would last longer, but its barely warm

I was having trouble with dry eyes so I thought I would give this a try. This product is very cheaply made, and very uncomfortable to sleep in on eyes. It is bulky and doesn't conform to the face. After a few weeks using, I do not think it helped my dry eyes.

doesnt fit broad noses like mine - if youre caucasian male - good luck..

Does not get very warm at all. Just makes your face moist and just above room temperature. No word from the company on this

I just received this item. The directions are in I believe Japanese. If i can't get the directions in English, I will have to return.
