Exactly what I wanted! It’s such a good quality time lactic Kettle, and I was lucky to get it on sale. After using it for about a week, it has worked great. It’s very simple to use with the flip of a switch. It automatically turns off when the water boils, so I don’t have to baby sit it. It’s insulated to keep from scalding myself. It works FAST! Super pleased to use this for tea, French pressed coffee, hot cocoa, and more!

Has worked very well so far. Heats quickly. Looks nice. No plastic touches the water. Keeps water warm for a while. I like it very much so far, and will update later.

I deleted my initial 5-star review because of this issue. I’ve owned this kettle for maybe a couple weeks, and used it to boil water about 3 times. I stopped after noticing the disgusting rust at the bottom (see photos). It’s spreading wider with each use. My husband and I got a bad stomachache the morning after the night we drank tea made with water boiled in this kettle. I don’t know if that’s just a coincidence, but nonetheless this rust or whatever that is down there is unacceptable. That was the last time I used this, I’m currently using a big pot on the oven til I can find another kettle. I was so excited to find this color in a kettle because it matched my other kitchen applicances, and I liked that the outside doesn’t get hot when heating... but what’s the point of lookin pretty on the outside if you’re rotting away on the inside after a couple uses? I wonder how this kettle got all 5 star reviews if the quality is like this... I will ask the seller for a refund, immediately.

It looks good and holds plenty of water. A little bit noisy but I could live with that. What I cannot live with is that after a couple of months of use it stopped turning itself OFF. With this kettle, it's on and off. It'll boil water and automatically turn itself OFF or NOT....It's a sort of Russian roulette...It'll burn your house down or NOT! It was working for a while and I was put at ease. And then it didn't. Stayed on till all the water was gone and all there was left was a powdery white residue all over inside. I don't think I'll be using it anymore. Unsafe. Can't trust that switch and leave it alone.

I'm pleasantly surprised: this kettle does what it claims and with aplomb. Waited about 2 weeks before writing so as to allow early issues to surface. So far so good! To be clear, this kettel is an update of the original that had temp controls. This one has only an On & Off led lighted switch. I expected a kettle with more temp controls would be superior. Come to find, this kettel holds it's own...and then some. The double wall cool-to-the-touch construction is the best I've experienced. The lack of any plastic associated with the interior heating chamber (or lid) is reassuring. It heats quickly and pours like a pro. And the double wall construction maintains the heated water easily for about 15-20 minutes. So far, no rust. Hopefully, these excellent results will continue for the long run.

When finished boiling the steam escapes around the lid hinge and have to be careful not to hold the handle too near the top to avoid burning.Otherwise an excellent product, fast boiling and keeps water hot much longer than a conventional kettle.

I love it! Just received it yesterday and it's awesome. It's a beauty in the looks department. Very solid feel. I have been using a plastic one and I started to worry about plastic leaching into the water. I used two different ones in airbnb rentals and they both burned my hands after heating. This one is cool to the touch. It's heavy when the kettle is full but it heats a lot more water than my old one. The water gets very hot. All stainless inside. Good value for something I use daily. I'll update if any issues arise.

It arrived with a small ding, but not very noticeable so I didn't try to return.So far so good; it does what it should- boil water quickly. Every home should have one. Its quite large- in comparison to my previous electric kettle. I would prefer a slightly smaller unit.
