Bright - Nice extras - Easy to use app - Easy to set up Alexa - Exceeded my expectations!
Wow - could not be happier. Placed one of the two sets I purchased under my kitchen center island. Cleaned the quartz counter underneath and mounted with the adhesive already on the strip (didn't need to use the extra 3M adhesive they provide). Stuck pretty well (it is a very smooth surface). The lights are very nice and bright. The white is a warm white (little bit of blue tinge but not as bad as the RGB lights). App was easy to set up on my Samsung S7. Alexa skill was easy to set up as well. Pretty quick response using the Alexa skill. You are limited in commands with Alexa where the Android app is pretty much loaded with features. I didn't want to have the transformer on all the time (which you would need plugged in all the time to turn it on with Alexa) - so I connected it to a zwave controlled outlet. It turns the transformer on with Alexa. The device keeps the last setting intact. I don't think you can beat this price for the quality of the light (and they are RGBW - meaning white is separated). Super stoked with this product and the price. Very well packaged with extra adhesive and mounting clips. This product exceeded my expectations.

Good Hue alternative....
New ongoing TV setup project; new Light Strip. I've been doing some modifications on my Home Theater setup lately and I feel like I need to complete it with a Bang by adding an ambient light into it. Been a fan of the product since I was able to buy earlier for my PC setup. I like the fact that it is Wi-Fi based, and its a perfect match to my Amazon echo. You wont need the remote ever again. It is using the Magic Home app that has been upgraded and can now actually sync music to it. Additional, features that was my deciding factor in having the item is having an option of RGB and a warm white altogether. It was somehow a preference because I like the fact that the white light can help brighten the area if let say your working on new wiring or something. By the way, forgive my picture as it is still a work in progress on my new setup.I would recommend it as an alternative to Phillips Hue strips for those who are working on a new Project with limited budget, the quality is not that exactly the same but i tell you its not that much iether.

Affordable LED strip with Google Integration!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was given the opportunity to test the RGBW version of this led strip recently in exchange for my honest review. I will give you all the pros and cons and my overall opinion.Pros:- Half the cost of a Philips Hue strip and all the functionality!- Was able to successfully get it to pair with Google Home and have it be fully compatible with voice commands- 16' of LED strips, much longer than luminoodle or hue- ability to expand the strip longer and customization to cut and put in extension cables/corner pieces/ etc.Cons: (reason why I knocked off one star)- This model was supposed to be the RGBW model with a dedicated white LED. However the white button on the remote uses the RGB white and not the warm white. Looks like the remote is a RgB remote and doesnt support warm white. I had to use the app or my voice to switch to white and it would go to the warm white LEDs. A workaround for a spotty remote.- The app for wifi use and phone control took me about 20 minutes and a few attempts to get it paired up correctly. Not the most intuitive, but not AEGOOLs fault, it's a third party app. Once it was linked setting up Google Home was easy.Overall: BUY IT and don't look back. It's great for someone who wants an LED lightstrip setup with WIFI abilites and doesn't want to break the bank with Philips hue. This is definitely a winner in my book!

Works great and was very easy to setup with the app ...
Works great and was very easy to setup with the app and my Alexa. The only problem I have is with the product description. It says it's waterproof. I will be installing in an arbor outside. The arbor does have a roof and it shouldn't get wet but I do live in the Pacific NW and it rains a lot in the winter. The instructions say and I quote: "Please use this product in a dry environment". I'm hoping this will not crap out like my last one did...a different manufacturer...also was supposed to be waterproof. We will see I guess....Otherwise, I'm very happy with the functionality of this light strip and the app that you can download to your phone is very easy to use.

GOOD cheaper version RGBW ribbon
PROs:Awesome lighting. One just isn't enough.Saw a lot of post about the tape failing.... I properly cleaned the surface before firmly applying and I've had zero issues.EASY setup!CONs:The yellow looks like a pale green.Looks like holiday lights if visible... make sure they are properly hidden. This is a 10mm cheaper version, a 12mm is more expensive but far superior.AND There are NO ribbon-to-wire solderless connectors for 10mm. You will have to order the pre-soldered ends and splice/solder in your own extensions. I bought the recommended 5-wire cable and ribbon-to-ribbon solderless snaps, but had a headache splicing in my extensions between ribbon lengths... which should be done in parallel to achieve even brightness.

Hey, nice lights you got there ...
I purchased these lights to inset under a shelf above my desk/work area. I was torn between just purchasing warm white LED strip or a full color one such as this The selling point was this strip having both color and warm white on one strip and the icing on the cake is the Alexa control capability. They are easy to install, easy to connect to via the app and easy to pair with Alexa. The only thing I wish this had was control over the warm white LEDs from the remote control -- when you push the button for "white" on the remote control, the RGB LED's are activated to create white. Not a huge issue because the warm white is easily controlled via the app. I will be buying another set of these to make some under cabinet lights in my kitchen and perhaps other places in my house.

The supplied remote cannot control the "warm white"
These lights are pretty good -- The only thing I cannot understand is why they would provide a remote that literally cannot turn the "warm white" lights on ? ( you can turn them on via the app ) unless the remote can be programmed or something. There is a "white" button but this just color mixes the RGB lights.
