Beautiful bed well made easy to put up, and looks stunning. Good contact with seller and delivery also good. Bargain price also have seen similar beds for at least £100 - £150 more.

I just want to start by telling people to NEVER use XDP delivery.It all started yesterday where I received a text message stating my delivery would be between 3-5pm. So I informed my partner who works away, he drove home as i am 35 weeks pregnant and lifting a bed wouldn’t be very ideal. We then sat in waiting for our delivery to come, which never turned up so my partner had a wasted journey home and lost out on money working away. This morning my partner has gone back to work and a van pulled up, a child around 7-8 years old got out the van with a clipboard and phone taking a photo of our front door, which then the delivery driver snatched the phone out her hand and told her off. He was the most rudest delivery driver possible. He started to bring our parcels (3) as it was a bed that was in parcels. He made this little girl knock on our front door to let us know that the bed was here. He then started to bring the parcel to the door and left it stood there, I was stood there with a bump which you can clearly see I am heavily pregnant. And I will add on the delivery notice said 2 men will be delivering this bed and if needed they would take upstairs. I don’t think a young girl is equivalent to 2 men. After when I dragged 2 of the parcels into my living room I asked him to put the third one in there. Which he then did and walked off and said thanks bye. The young girl passed me her clip board for me to sign. I really don’t think this delivery driver is insured to be making a young girl do his dirty work, plus making a heavily pregnant lady carry very heavy parcels.

I am very impressed with the overall quality of this bed. It is also very sturdy and the fabric (we chose charcoal chenille) is very appealing, with an ever so subtle sheen to it.I could not be happier with what came through, and the delivery was very prompt too!The bed is fairly easy to put together with just one person alone. And with simple tools- all you need is something to tighten the bolts.

I bought this bed frame in November 2018. I returned the product due to it being faulty.( Button missing, and the way the studs were inserted made the pattern wonky. The fabric on the head board was very slack. The manufacture of the product was very poor. Sadly I am still waiting for a full refund from the company 9 months later. My next step will be trading standards as the company are ignoring my request for what is rightly mine which is a full refund. Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from this company or who are struggling to return a product or get a refund.Unhappy customer.

The bed appeared to be well made, but fell apart, was only put together with staples and none in some places. Also the slats given were far too small, do not go from one end to the other, come up about 2-3 inches short

This Bed was actually my second choice; the bed that I had originally chosen was twice the price as this, when I found this bad I was ecstatic it looks very very similar to my first choice but with a much better price-tag for one’s pocket. I have to admit I was worried originally that it may be cheap materials et cetera; However I had no need to worry this is not the case. The bed came in good condition & was easy to assemble, I was able to do most of the assembling myself with a little help from my son with the bolts. There was a slight problem with the slats so I reported it to the seller and they rectified it immediately & to my great satisfaction. I definitely recommend this product and the seller if you are looking for a sleigh bed. Great service from start to finish and such a wonderful bed.

I have to say, for the money, this bed is fab! I think it could potentially be a little sturdier. Fabric is fab and it looks great in our bedroom!
