LACTAID TABLETS REALLY WORK
The Lactaid tablets are my go to first, if I am going to eat any dairy product such as for me is: Milk, cheese (soft), Ice cream, cottage cheese, yogurt. When I eat any of those somehow my body produces phlegm, then when I lay down at night to go to sleep; don't get much of that because, I choke and cough up phlegm all night. So, before I eat any of the above mentioned I take 2 Lactaid caplets and then I have very little, if any___ coughing and choking that night. Sometime I even take one the next day in case there is a delayed reaction. C.D.H. PS. I am pretty sure I am allergic to the Whey in those products. . . .
