I read this book during Lent after reading Rediscovering Catholicism, and I have since then read almost all of Mathew's books. This book helped me to truly understand what Lent is all about, and I had the most meaningful, holy Lent in 55 years. I went to confession for the first time in 30 years, and I feel like I now understand the faith I have been practicing all my life. I have been encouraging my family and friends to read Rediscovering, and I pray they all do and come to the wonderful peaceful feeling I have now. You will never regret reading this book!

I think this was a very insightful book. I also believe people of any faith would be encouraged & enlightened by Mr. Kelly's research & faith. Open your heart & give it a try. GREAT BOOK

This book was reflective and valuable for my Lenten journey. The few minutes a day reading it jump started my day.

I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to grow deeper into their faith. Matthew is a great author and I have enjoyed several of his books.

Matthew Kelly had a way to make this season of lent mean so much more to me , and that comes from a " Cradel Catholic" of 64 years.

Although the content is good, it is meant as a daily reflection which being on CD is difficult to maneuver when listening in a car or probably even at home.Being in book form (paper) would be easy to go to the page for the day. Would not recommend on CD.I also did not care for the voice of the woman.
