Legit tried every product with decent reviews to no avail and this shampoo immediately cleared up my dandruff within the first wash! I noticed results right away and every wash after. I have psoriasis and pretty disgusting dandruff that was quite embarrassing. Although is still find flakes here and there when going a few days without a wash, this product is liquid gold to me and I highly recommend giving it a shot. My dandruff has improved 95% and I actually fear that I won’t be able to find this product one day. It is sulfate free too which is a definite plus for color treated hair. My hair is dyed blonde so finding a good dandruff shampoo that wouldn’t cause discoloration was a major concern for me. Needless to say, my color is on point after several uses of this product. It also leaves my hair feeling moisturized and has a wonderful subtle scent that is not overwhelming.

I had gotten to the stage that I regularly hid my hair. I had tried some of the standard dandruff shampoos to treat my itchy, flakey scalp, but they were so harsh and artificial. I always felt like my hair smelled like a locker room and looked frazzled after using them. I also noticed a little thinning, so in desperation I decided to try this shampoo and conditioner out, and I am so glad I did!!!The shampoo lathers well, and I leave it in while I wash my face and upper body (to give the pytherine zinc time to do it's thing). It rinses out cleanly and leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean. The conditioner is nice and thick- a little goes a long way, which is great for my longish hair! I rub it into my scalp and spread it down the length of my hair to the very ends, and then leave it in for a couple of minutes. When I rinse it out it leaves my hair feeling soft and bouncy, and I can even comb gently through my hair without needing extra leave-in conditioner, which is awesome! I feel like a lot of shampoos and conditioners that feel good at first end up leaving a lot of build up, but I have been using this for a while and haven't needed to turn to a clarifying product.I should also mention that the scent is subtle and pleasant. I am sensitive to strong or artificial scents and often look for unscented products, so I was a little nervous, but it has been great! No headache, no lingering odor. Just a nice soothing scent while you are washing or conditioning.For health and beauty nerds: the ph of products has been a big topic lately, and this product is labeled ph balanced, which is good news. I even checked it, and, no surprise, it is in the perfect range to make your skin happy! I am attaching a photo to show my test. :)One other thing worth mentioning: the bottle design is great. I love being able to turn the conditioner upside down without it leaking, so I am confident I will be able to use every last drop! And the bottles are made out of post consumer recycled unbleached product, which is awesome. We need a lot more of that in the world.

This is my third order of the Lotus shampoo. This bottleks shampoo is no longer a thick milky white, but rather a clear-colored shampoo. Why is that? I’d like a response if Ikm going to continue to be a customer of Lotus.Kathryn Trusso

I literally never write product reviews but I HAD to for this. I use the shampoo and conditioner. My dandruff has gone away, and it makes my fried tangled hair SO SOFT!!! My hair and scalp have never looked better. It is also great for color treated hair, doesn’t fade at all. The smell isn’t “that great” but that honestly doesn’t matter seeing as my hair and scalp have immensely improved.

I love this entire line! I will keep this review exclusive to the shampoo. This is such a great deal for the value! I have never had dandruff but I am a recovering dry shampoo addict. My scalp had become tight and itchy even when I hadn’t used dry shampoo. Literally with one wash my scalp is relaxed & moisturized and my hair is not oily at all. This formula makes my frizzy strands smooth and soft. Plus the smell is wonderful! It’s fresh smelling and “not too feminine smelling” according to my husband. I will definitely be buying this gem regularly!

I've been using this product for the past year and it's been a fantastic find for protecting my color-treated hair (keep those grey hairs hidden!) while being gentle on my scalp. I love the fresh scent and it feels great in the shower as it naturally detangles my hair while I'm washing. I use it 2-3x a week and always in combination with the conditioner to get the best results (great shine and feel after styling!). I don't mind spending the money for a great product, so I think it's worth the price tag.

This is the first dandruff shampoo I have ever used (and I’ve been trying for almost 30 years) that works, while not leaving an unpleasant smell or a coating on my hair. It doesn’t dry out my hair, or fade my color. I use it 3 times a week, and leave it on my hair for 3 minutes after lathering. It completely controls my itching and flaking. I was very uncomfortable spending so much money on a single bottle of shampoo, but it is worth every penny.

Leaves your hair nice and soft. Didnt seem to work real well at removing or helping my scalp. If you naturaly have oily hair then this will make it look oilier.
