Great Snow Tool!~
I bought this after hearing my good friend describe his use of his. He loves his and his endorsement helped me purchase mine. The plow works extremely well when the snowfall is light -- not very deep -- or very powdery -- not heavy and wet. We get a lot of this type of snow here in Utah. It supplements my use of the snow blower for snows that don't work well with the blower. I bought the 42" because my drive way is wider than a 3 car garage. It clears the snow much better than I expected. I bought the extended handle because I hate having to 'hunch' to push a short handled shovel. That was a very nice addition. The 42" is almost too wide to do my sidewalks. I can clear the snow in one pass on the sidewalks but I have to be super careful not to dig into the grass on either side. The smaller width version would have been a better choice for the sidewalks. The tool is a breeze to assemble. It is lighter than I expected but that doesn't diminish how well built it is nor how rugged it is. I have been very impressed with it. I plan to get one for each of my children for Christmas next winter.

Winter Lifesaver!
I absolutely love this ManPlow! I ordered the 42โ for my three car garage driveway. In the past, I have relied on paying others to snowplow my driveway. However, this year the price for plowing went up to $50 for a 10 minute job and residential areas are no longer a priority. So, being a retired Montana female with arthritis I decided to get a ManPlow. It is the best purchase I have ever made. It works just like shown. All it takes is walking back and forth across your driveway, easily pushing the snow to each side of the driveway, scooting back, turning around and going across again! The square handle is nice for holding onto for stability as well. There is no need to lift the ManPlow to turn around or to throw the snow. The job is quick and I was quite proud that I could do it myself and not rely on others. I really love it and have just bought a 32โ for my backyard patio. I will even use it to make paths in the yard for my dogs. I showed it to my neighbors and they tried it on their driveway. Being elderly as well, they have purchased two different sizes of ManPlows. We are all quite giddy to have this ease with shoveling! It is the first time I canโt wait until it snows! Great investment as it has already saved me money by not paying others.

Timesaver
I have owned and used this now for over a year because I believe reviews for products are more valuable after the reviewer has had some experience with the tool. This is a great addition to any persons snow removal arsenal. When the snow is deep or heavy there is no replacing a good snow thrower but for light accumulations this is the ticket. We receive a lot of lake effect snow; frequent light and fluffy snow which makes snow removal a season long task. This is a real timesaver when the snow fall is under 3". I use it to windrow the snow by holding the blade at an angle the same way a snow plow would operate adjusting the angle depending on the amount of snow I am clearing. Adjusting the angle of attack, the angle the blade is held relative to the surface of the driveway also helps. When held lower ( back of handle closer to the surface) for lighter accumulations to steeper ( handle further from the driveway surface) for deeper accumulations makes the operation more efficient. First pass is down the center of the driveway with subsequent passes pushing snow to the edges of the driveway. Once the driveway is cleared I use a scoop type snow shovel to toss the edges off the driveway. This process is much faster and more important to me, much easier on my bad back than any other system I have used outside of the use of my snow thrower. I would never consider adding the optional 2nd handle as I do not believe that it would make the shovel more useful to me, it will never be as good at lifting and removing the snow as a scooping shovel is - the right tool for the right task. I balked at the price initially but I can tell you my opinion is that it is worth every penny, really. The shovel is made of quality materials and assembles easily. It has held up nicely . I went with the 32" version and I think that it was the right choice for me. The 24" would be a good option for an older or less fit individual while the wider options would be too difficult to push for me as the volume/weight of the snow would be a lot higher. Again this is a great part of the arsenal it will not replace all your shovels but it will save a lot of time with shallow accumulation and it really takes a load off your back.

Great for pushing snow off sidewalk
The bottom rubber edge works well with sidewalks, doesn't hit/get stuck and pushes smoothly onward. Width is nice, wide enough but not too wide for a fairly wide sidewalk (by the way be sure to measure your sidewalk prior to ordering!). I'm using the 42 inch for a 48 inch sidewalk, which works well. Assembly isn't ideal but not bad, just takes a little time and finesse to put the nuts on. Doesn't take long and instructions are very clear. It's much heavier than the models without the rubber on the bottom but I think it's worth the extra weight - as it works well. Very happy with the purchase. The only downside with these snow pushers is that you need a different shovel to work with them, at least my methodology is to push the snow into a larger pile and then use a different shovel to actually lift the snow and throw it out of the way. But the process is sped up with this Manplow as you can push it a long way - depending upon the amount of snow that you are dealing with of course! Works excellent for up to a few inches or so I'd say.

decent for clearing snow, but it's almost too light
Overall I like the manplow. It does a decent job of clearing my driveway quickly. I do advise you also get the grab handle...it does help it you have to lift the snow at all. My only real complaint so far is that this thing is really, really light. It will ride over snow that any metal shovel will grab and clear (I've tested this on my own driveway and sidewalk). It would help if they added just a little weight above the blade, to help the cutting edge actually bite down and into the snow. For now I added 1lb of fishing sinkers just above the blade and that helps but again it's still too light for the width of this blade, so I would advise thinking about adding some weight in some fashion.

Sooo Glad I bought this 2 years ago!
Back in 2022, where the snow was present, I couldn't stand using the metal shovel to get the snow and ice up. Sometimes, it gets the car stuck because the driveway and road gab was prone to be filled with the snow, and during that time, shoveling repeatedly was tiresome and exhausted me. It had only done a decent job "throwing" the snow out of the way. It was time for me to invest in another tool that I needed most the next time it snows. Now, I have to say that I'm absolutely satisfied with the new snowplow tool I have just recently used this year in January 15-17, 2024. I've used this to clear the driveway only in a matter of minutes! Specifically, 7 to 10 minutes! Though, you should be careful while pushing the snow that has ice accumulated on the ground where the snow is covering it. This is a tool that can push large amounts of snow and frozen ice on the driveway or on the sidewalk. For snow it is a breeze, but when getting ice up (not in a form of snow, but this still applies) you must break the ice before using it or you'll end up fighting against the force you have applied and probably slip if your feet is on ice; I've experienced it. It only gets up the snow on the surface whether ice is bonded to the ground or not because the edge of the snowplow may push the snow, but not "sweep" the leftover snow filling the gaps in the areas where ice had melted in which this tool cannot reach. I highly recommend this tool, and this tool is wide enough for most of the snow to be pushed and shoveled. Way better than using a standard shovel.

Game Changer
We had over 12 inches of snow and this thing was a champ! I have a large drive and it went to work. I haven't tried it on wet or frozen snow, but it pushed the snow much easier than anything i've ever used. I do wonder how long it will last as the rubber does start to come off, but worth the price for sure.
