I Gave It to the Pages Paperback – December 12, 2014

I love this book and the poems made me smile, cry, and laugh. They allowed me to reflect on the value of life and love, making good memories and learning lessons from bad experience. This poet gave us her thoughts unapologetically. A book worth having.

“I gave it to the pages” is a beautiful collection of poems and prose that kept me turning page by page until there were no more pages of poems to turn. Instead I was greeted by a wonderful section for reflections that kept the feelings flowing. So many poems resonated with me and this is definitely a book I will keep on my shelf and revisit. Zemi truly turned her pain into beautiful works of art.

Love this book! Honestly, a few of the poems resonated with me. A great talent. I can truly say that I consider this book a true literary work of art. The poems "speak" as though the author is there with you, in person. Deep, interesting, inspiring and thought provoking is how I would describe it. I could have bought this book as a digital download. But for me, I wanted to feel the pages! Great job, Zemi. I am looking forward to your future projects. Seriously, get the book!

I loved this book and I am confident you will too! I found the collection of poems and prose poignant and thought provoking! Zemi Holland captured the angst and realism of her own private emotions with transparency and complete honesty while giving voice to some of mine as well. It's a must-read!
