The strap arrived very fast, it came with the resizing tool. My wife loved it, but after modifying it she wore it and realized it would not stay on well. The latch would not properly "snap" and lock the band in closed position, all it took for it to release open was a sudden move of the forearm downward.I contacted the seller who requested photos of the issue. I emailed him 2 pictures and 1 video. He emailed me back that a new strap had been shipped to me, and that I was going to receive it soon. I received the replacement product within 2 days.The new one is great, and works as it should, it is very sturdy and my wife loves the look, and feel. We are very pleased with the strap and the excellent customer service, the response time and the solution to our problem.The only thing I noticed is that when the links are bending, the sides between the links that would always be next to each other do not get properly painted, you can see the silver metal exposed between the links. I noticed it when the watch is on the wrist and you're looking down to the watch, the two upper most links adjacent to the watch are rotated almost 45°, and you can see the bare metal with no paint. I checked the first strap received to compare and the same issue existed on that one too. Not a deal breaker for us, but it look better with paint in that area. Overall my wife still likes it, and again, I cannot say enough of the great customer service. We gave it 4 stars just because of the mentioned issue with the paint, had it not been for that it would have been a solid 5.

The item appears to be of good quality. However, it was more pink than rose gold when compared to other rose gold items I have.

I wanted to class up my Apple Watch--the rubber band that comes with the watch is okay for workouts, but looks cheesy with a shirt and tie! I might have paid more for this watch band. The band is very good quality for the price. In fact, the band and clasp release are comparable to several bands that came with name brand watch for hundreds more. You pay for the watch, not the band--I know--but this really is a nice watch band! The kit also comes with a device for removing/adding links and instructions. Note: The black band passes for a VERY dark brown/charcoal hue--not a complaint, just an observation. Frankly, I think the color is perfect because it pairs well with everything. The one thing the vendor could improve is packaging. To reduce cost, the band, tool, etc come in a plastic bag(!). Among the things Apple always gets right is the packaging--you don't open an Apple product, you reveal it. Other manufacturers should take a hint. With the right package and marketing campaign, this product should be selling for much more.

I do love this watch band but Ive only had it a few months and the finish is coming off, I’m assuming it’s from where I work on a computer all day and that is where it rests on my desk. Sad because this has been my favorite band!! I hope they fix the durability problems

Great product, the tool that comes with it to make the watch band smaller, is junk. You can only use it twice so be sure to be quick when using it, I’d actually pay more money just to get a better tool, the band is awesome, looks great feels great however I feel like I could use one link more to make it more comfortable but unfortunately it is impossible since the tool broke after the second use.

I was very impressed with the watch band. It's heavy and well constructed. It comes with the tool to remove links. The only suggestion that I have is it would be nice to have a fine adjustment. If the band is a little too big or small, you can only adjust by adding or removing a link. It would be great to have smaller adjustments in the clasp to get the perfect fit.

This is the second band I've owned of this make because I like the way it looks. It's well weighted and works well with office attire without looking gawdy. My first band lasted over a year, and was replaced for the same issue so for the price, I bought another. This new band was purchased in January 2021, the part that clips to the band broke (pins dock into each other and are screwed in place). As I went to check each of the 4 screws, I noticed that the same screw on the other side was also backed out. I own a few sets of micro drivers and even my smallest was too big for these screws. Affordable band, but I'm concerned that one of these screws could back out at the most inopportune time, causing me to lose the watch itself..
