The resistant starch is something you can use in smoothies etc. **Q: Can this be used in smoothies in place of resistance starch?** A: Yes. In fact, apparently it provides 3,000 - 6,000 mg of resistant starch for quarter of a cup serving, so it's a brilliant source of it. **Q: How many dehydrated bananas are in this bag?** A: Its ground into flour. So no idea sorry **Q: This flour product says it is high in resistant starch, so why is the “resistant starch” version so much more expensive? Both have same ingredients.** A: Green banana flour is naturally high in resistant starch so I can only suggest that maybe the packaging on one of them mentions it for marketing purposes.
