No water display on the outside of the kettle. There is a full marker inside the kettle when filling it. There is a display on the app that tells you the fill level or number of cups in the kettle remotely on your phone/ tablet. Maybe generation 4 will have a level viewer for local use?

I have set the temperature on the app but the Alexa app resets to 100* - Is there a way to change this?

I had the same trouble and most of the time it had to be switched of manually as it wouldn’t stop boiling Supplier not interested It’s now down my local tip and we’re the proud owners of a half the price twice as good new kettle
