Knightsbridge HCB Hole Converter Kit (Brass Finish)

Found this downlighter for my hall, its absolutely superb, looks really well in situ and at a really good price.

I bought this to replace and old (and broken) R80 downlight in a display cabinet. It looks so much better than the original, I should have done it years ago, especially as it will take an LED bulb. It covers the old hole (85mm) easily and stays in place firmly. Assembly and fitting was fairly straight forward, you just need a bit of confidence performing the last step of inserting the lamp holder into the converter.

Brassy springs to mind and I am being polite......not very substantial as a fitment compared to what I already have. Will keep for spares/

If you need to convert old down light's to the latest GU10 or GU16 then these work a treat. My old lights had a 100mm dia hole and these were perfect. The supplied instructions are a bit vague but the seller will send additional instructions. They took about 10 minutes to install with the GU10 fitting.

really pleased with these.fill old light holes perfectly and good quality fittings .no pictures in instructions but soon worked out after fitting first one.

The only decent old spotlight ceiling adapters I have been able to find. Easy to fit and the LED light fittings supplied with them are fine for most applications (but not suitable for bathrooms).

Ideal for the job, have fitted four of them.
