Not great
Not great, they are large and hard to handle, (might be easier if you have large hands). Have used them to try and cut chicken, (not bones as they show in thier photo’s) and it really struggled with the skin. Not very impressed.

Ideal for Butchery
Fantastic product. Cuts everything; meat, paper, fingers. Ideal for cutting all the bodies into sizeable chunks to feed my pigs. Wooden finish is super comfortable, even with gloves on.
