Welding rods
I've been welding for the better part of 40 years and I bought these rods and the little yes welder and I can't believe how awesome these rods actually are I will be buying these from now on

good rods
probably the best rods I've used,ran them through a small 110 stick welder and was able to make some good welds in 1/8 to 1/4 inch steel.

Ratio of flux appears to be a little high. More slag than what I was expecting. Still did the job.

They’re okay
These rods lay down some pretty good beads, but the rods themselves aren’t the best. The rods strike immediately, but after each weld it’s a pain to get a second arc going. Less forgiving when raising the rod, sometimes loses the arc entirely. Usually keeping the rod buried in there works but will sometimes still lose the arc. I wouldn’t recommend these to somebody trying to meet a deadline but would give to a hobbyist who doesn’t mind xtra time trying to strike his/her arc repeatedly
