Use your old filter(s) as a template to cut round and put the new filters in your fryer so the oil filter protects the carbon filter... ie. the white filter should be under the black filter when the fryer lid is closed.

These are sheets of good quality filter, black 'carbon' for odour, denser but thinner white 'fabric' for oil. Use your old filter(s) as a template to cut round and put the new filters in your fryer so the oil filter protects the carbon filter... ie. the white filter should be under the black filter when the fryer lid is closed.
