The media could not be loaded.  This is a nice compact size breathing light with a modern look to it. It has a cylindrical shape and rounded top and the base of this light has a woodgrain look to it where the charging port is nicely hidden by the woodgrain design.The top has what looks like a steel disk that lets you control the light. Two taps for on and two for off.The three colors, green, red and blue light up to let you know when to inhale, when to hold and when to exhale your breath.The light comes with a small whistle that you can use, if you like, to help control your breathing. It comes with a chain so you could wear this to keep it close and accessible to you if need be.When you look at the bottom, you will find a swing out handle that you can use to suspend the light from if you don't want or have a place to set it down. Sometimes hanging it is a better option.You can use it as a nightlight if you want and dim the white color ,as well as the green, red and blue colors.Its adorable and small and doesn't take up much space.The thing I'm not so thrilled about is that there is no way to set it to go off after a given amount of time when using it like a nightlight, a sleep timer. But they made it rather easy to turn on and off with a double tap on the top. It makes a good light to have on my nightstand beside my bed.

It comes with a meditation whistle too and has cool features. Great value but be aware that it's very small.

I bought this in May for my son , he was using it every day and 1 and1/2 month later is not turning on anymore .

It’s a nice little light but does not work as breathing light. Colors don’t change with the timing stated in directions. Don’t waste your money

This light is small, portable, and easy to use. It is 3 1/2” tall x 2 3/4” diameter and weighs 3.7 ounces. There is an on/off switch on the base and the top of the light is a touch pad which changes the modes as well as dimming the light. It has 3 modes with changing colors: inhale 4 - green, hold 7-red, exhale 8-blue; inhale 5-green, exhale 5-blue; constant on warm light. It has a 1200 mAh internal battery and comes with a USB-C charging cord (no charging block). Included in the package is a velvet bag holding a 3 ½” long x 1/4” diameter breathing pendant with cord, chain, and key ring, which looks like a whistle, but does not make noise. This helps you to focus your breathing and remember to exhale through the mouth.The instructions are clear and easy to follow. There are separate directions for using both the light and the breathing tube. It charges easily and holds the charge through multiple uses.I like this light. I find that I get lost in the numbers and my mind wanders when I am trying to meditate and focus on my breathing. This light allows me to either do 4, 7, 8 breathing, or circular breathing without focusing on the numbers. If my mind wanders, I simply get back in rhythm, breathing out on blue, and restarting the process.

Pretty neat multifunction light, the device is easy to use and is relaxing, I found breathing exercises help reduce stress and also help increase lung capacity which is good, the addition of the timed RGB lighting makes it more enjoyable to do.The light has 3 modes activated by the touch sensor on the top of the light, the first 2 modes cycle the light color for breathing exercises, mode 1 does a timed green, red, blue, inhale / hold breath / and exhale where you would use the breathing wand, mode 2 displays green and blue (no red) and is just inhale/exhale, the last mode is a warm white light which can be used as a night light or ambient light, the light can also be dimmed or brightened by long pressing on the top of the light, the unit is portable and has a built-in battery that's rechargeable via USB-C as-well.The breathing wand is a nice addition, it does help control exhaling slowly and can be connected to the included necklace if needed, it includes a chain and rope necklace as part of the kit.Overall I recommend, the light is bright and works well, it's very simple to use, portable, battery operated and rechargeable.
