Will this wax keep my toy action figures secure on a wall shelf? Will the wax be difficult to remove from the feet of a figure over time?

Yes it will keep your figures still and safe on the shelf. I haven't had any trouble removing it from things.

will this work on a varnished door? I would like to adhere something to a varnished door but don't want to ruin the surface.

Is the door used as a door? No, it won’t hold. Is the door used as a table or anything horizontal? Yes, it will hold

HOW do you get this off?

You twist whatever it’s holding down then pull up and then rub the wax off with your hand then use warm soapy water to remove the rest!

can this be used on walls to attach light 3D objects? Thanks!

No. It's like a hair wax, doesn't even work on shelves. I returned
