Surpringlly Long Lasting Bulbs
I have two salt lamps that stay on 24/7. Therefore, I have gone through a lot of bulbs, until I purchased this box of bulbs. I was used to changing the bulbs every two or three weeks. Since I got this box of bulbs and place bulbs in them, only one has blown out, and it has been months!! I can't believe the difference in these bulbs from all the others I have purchased. I don't know if it is the shape of them or what, but they are lasting far longer than any other seller I have purchased from here on Amazon. I highly recommend these bulbs!!!

Disappointing and potentially dangerous
Edited: seller eventually contacted me saying the warranty is for 6 months. Unfortunately by that time I had already purchased a replacement from another source. Seller did offer to send a replacement in a later email.Original review: Used for less than 3 months then it stopped working, when I touched the cord it sparked and shocked me! I asked what the warranty is, but the seller did not respond. This purchase was disappointing and potentially dangerous.

Better than the original cable.
It smells funny. Like hot plastic. I don't trust it even though it says UL rated. Yes, I saw the certificate from another post. I tend to have it full strength because I don't fully trust the resistance of the dimmer. But it works. The lamp hasn't died after a month of daily use. So it's better than the original cord that came with the lamp!!

fits perfectly - great replacement for the original lamp and cord
The original lamp and cord were corroded and needed to be replaced. Did a search on salt lamp socket and found this one. The adjustable brightness is a bonus, though it sits on the brightest setting on the bathroom floor under the sink.

Skeptical of product safety
Ordered two. Dimmer switch didn't work on one. My mistake not checking when I received them so unable to return. Same cord/switch that came with original salt lamp. Smelled burning after a months use on original cord. Very skeptical of product safety.

Higher cost than some competitors but cheaper than replacing lamp and safer than many competitors.
Lost the cord/bulb upon moving. This replacement while a tad pricey is still significantly cheaper than replacing the whole thing. I purposely chose this one due to the safety listing which is a priority. It was worth the few extra bucks

My original lamp had a faulty cord, we turned it on and off and on again to test and POOF it broke. Capacitor smoked the CCA so it was a loss. Saw this and it was the same design but has UL and it works!!! Even after multiple on and offs!
