I love love love this shampoo - my hair looks and feels twice as thick and keeps it style until my next wash! I don’t think I’ll be changing this soap shampoo anytime soon! I’m in my mid sixties with fine, straight hair and I really can see and feel the difference!

It lathers well and washes clean. I also use a bar of conditioner which then is a necessity to Combe the hair as it’s quite clumpy after washing. I use it in between using a liquid shampoo which causes my scalp to itch but is good for my hair.

Hair feels feel bouncy love the fragrance wonderful when your on the road but this to do that but loved it so much it replaced my bottles !

I bought this shampoo bar , with the intention of saving on harmful additives and plastic packaging .My hair is waist length and fine , so I had reservations about buying a solid bar shampoo. The first use was a bad experience, not being able to get a lather or enough soap to cover my scalp. I finally rinsed it off and thought I`d got my hair fairly clean. Then there was a waxy residue left which wouldn`t shift , no matter how long I rinsed . I decided to use a little of my normal conditioner , as my hair felt like straw. Then came the problem of getting a brush through all the knots . As it dried , the hair would not float into the parting it usually does and looked and felt like it hadn`t been washed for several days . I therefore scraped it into a high ponytail to hide it.I persevered for a few weeks, hoping that I might get the hang of using the solid bar , but even after purchasing a solid conditioner , the horrible waxy coating was making it impossible to manage. When trying to remove a hairband , there was a massive tangle and I ended up having to pull out a big chunk of my hair to get it free ! NOT HAPPYI finally washed it all out with my normal shampoo , which took 4 washes and god knows how much water and electricity !

I like it and have been using it for a few months For menopausal hair.Also told my 31 year old son to try on thinning patches and seems like his hair is growing through again along side using the rosemary oil also purchased from amazon.I find my hair is growing and getting thicker so I am just about to order another bar as soon a I press send on this review .

This is a review for the SWEET VIEW Rice Water Shampoo Bar.It may be worth noting that I have exclusively used bar shampoo for around five years now and have tried many different brands during this time.The shampoo bar arrives in cardboard packaging, with the bar itself shrink-wrapped in plastic. It looks like a mooncake and has a subtle citrus scent. It's a bit chunky to use as a travel bar, but should last a while used at home. I found it lathered reasonably well.It's a very gentle shampoo. This is generally a good thing but I found this so gentle that I don't always fee that it is fully cleaning my hair. It is also quite difficult to rinse out. Even after moving to a much longer and more thorough rinse, I am finding it is leaving a flaky residue in my hair which I have to brush out once my hair is dry. Unusually for a gentle shampoo, I'm also finding that I have to wash my hair more often as it seems to become greasy within a couple of days (whereas I usually only wash it twice a week).All in all, the price is great for a bar this size, but I won't be purchasing this myself in future as I don't think it works very well.

Not very foamy but has good cleaning features, lasts long and softens my dry hair....

I have hair which has a natural SOFT curl, and is layer cut to encourage that. Beyond a certain length my curl becomes a wave and looks a mess. I don't want to spend time styling and blow drying, but want my hair to look good on 'wash and go'I decided to try this for the first time without using conditioner, so I could test the bar itself. My hair looked a bit as if I'd just forgotten to brush it, a little dry, and in need of continual fluff up.The second time, I used conditioner . My hair looks (and feels) sticky and in need of a washNot right for my hair, clearly.
