Good, sturdy and stable shoe rack. I was specifically looking for something with more than a couple of bars for shelving, and this rack fits the bill perfectly. Shoes stay on shelves and do not fall out. My only complain is about the quality of wood finish: it was quite rough and did not seem to be sanded properly. As a result, paint was coming off from few placed. Since I keep the rack inside the wardrobe, I just touched up those places with paint. However, if I were to use it as a free standing rack in a full view, the whole wood bits would need to be sanded down and repainted.

It's only a shoe rack, but a brilliant shoe rack. It's wide and flat so shoes don't fall off. Easy to assemble, my 13 year old put it together in 10 minutes flat whilst watching telly!

Just works, although if a rail comes off, bit tricky to put it back in without taking out another 1,2,3,4 or all of it

This is an excellent product and one I wish I have purchased before, rather than messing about with cheap wooden ones which don't last and look cheap. OK, admittedly it was a struggle to assemble it on my own but with help it was easy. It looks good in situ, so much better than the cheaper types, well worth the cost and serves our purpose very well indeed.

Bought to go under the console table in the hallway, this was a perfect fit. A little bitty to put together as you really need 2 people to keep all12 holes lined up! Having said that, it is sturdy and holds a surprising number of shoes on it

Bought this shoe rack at the lower price and never again,, the quality was terrible the screw holes in the wrong place no where near the center had to re drill holes to get the screws in at this price that should not be happening I'm not a happy customer......

Great job when built. Building was the tricky part lining up the poles with the holes!

This is the worst item I have ever purchased! It is not easy to assemble as it is a nightmare to get the rods in the holes and to stay in the holes whilst you tighten the screws.It does look ok now its finally assembled but I certainly would not buy another one or recommend it.Not worth the money, feel embarrassed that I actually spent some much on it!
