(my fault I'm afraid)He loves all things Egypt and reads the most astounding books for his age (10)This book is not heavy... this book is light and fun.There are lots of wondefuly facinating subjects addressed in a very humourous way.The cover is a great indication of whats inside.Buy this for your child and you're sure to have them giggling their head off at the first page.Recommended, especially as an introduction to Egyptian interest.

Crammed with accurate historical facts and totally fantastic for kids. I live in Egypt and rent flats out to tourists and always recommend this book for any children that I have coming. As a student of Egyptology I can not fault the facts and I just love the 'adverts'. It is a great pre holiday reading and will enthral most age groups.

Bought for my 9 year old daughter. She loved it, but a bit heavy going for her age.
