Genuine product, work fine...( Update : Stop working in 4 weeks )
Working good.. solved the purpose.. --Update after 4 weeks,stop working, malfunction.. trying to get it replaced from the company. Will update the experience of after sales in few days.

Fedus adapter is durable and worth the money
A very good quality adapter that satisfies all safety aspects like double insulation,three pin plug to the main & long heavy duty wire .It is definitely better than Indian and some imported adapters.Though it is costlier it is worth.My opinion is all such products from FEDUS can be purchased without anny second thought.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
DO NOT BUY THIS! The item is defective and the worst part is Amazon refuses to replace it saying it is a manufacturer issue and the manufacturer will give you a run around asking to record videos on why it is not working and then ship it to some distributor in New Delhi to verify why it is not working. It is a mess, stay away from this product and this seller and manufacturer. The Amazon rep dealing with the return was very rude and it was my first bad experience after almost 15 years of being an Amazon customer. Very Bad.

Good product. Worth the spend.
I am using this power adapter for my monitor and it has been working flawlessly without any issues. I have tried other adapters before but they had heating issues and also the plug wouldn't fit properly and I had to twist it a few times to get it working. But with this adapter I didn't have such problems it plugged in just fine. The quality of the cables is also really good. The packaging could have been better but I'm cutting them some slack as the product is really good.

Perfect replacement power supply
Perfect replacement for most common power supplies. Stable output and adequate protection against surge. Robust built quality and cord length is sufficient. Go for it if you require a good power supply (5A-12V) for any equipment.

The adaptor is working fine and as per the expectation till one year.
I needed this 12v 5A for crib to run it for hours. I got from one local shop which looked poor quality and it got burned within a few days. Than I bought this from Amazon. Though it was expensive then the offline, but the quality looks far better from the adaptor. It is working for more than the previous one's days. So far so good. Using this since Nov 2024 no issues at all. Very good product. Looks like someone is really solving the problem of low cost product everywhere(which does not last long and consumer ends up paying more with the headache). So after one year of use the final dc pin connection is loose now, my equipment stops working in between. Now I am in condition where adaptor is working but I can not use it.
