- VARIETAL: The Terre Francescane Biologico extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a selection of the best organically grown olives from Umbria, carefully selected by Tiziano Scacaroni and certified by the Instituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione.
- ITALIAN OLIVE OIL: The olives are grown, harvested, and produced into the most authentic 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.
- WELL BALANCED: The oil is emerald green and pleasantly pungent with a strong aroma of mature olives and a slightly almond aftertaste, ideally suited to dress vegetables, bruschetta, soups and meats.
- HARVESTED: Harvested mid-October to mid-November to assure the quality of the olive is just perfect for producing the highest quality of extra virgin olive oil.
